Subject: Reminder: Infoblox DNS and DHCP Upgrade - July 26th
IET - Communications Resources will upgrade the campus DNS and DHCP system to Infoblox 6.1 on July 26th. Please take the opportunity to try out the Infoblox lab offered by IET - Communications Resources before the upgrade is released to production.
Infoblox Lab for network administrators
To give network administrators an opportunity to check it out first, the new version of Infoblox (6.1) is now available in a lab environment. Please take this opportunity to try out the new version.
The lab (https://infoblox-lab.ucdavis.edu) contains all production "ucdavis" domain configuration and account information. Of course, any changes made in the lab environment will not affect the production network so feel free to try the new features. Please send feedback to Todd Chapman at tachapman@ucdavis.edu.
